BulutTahsilat is the Open Banking platform of Kayaport, one of Turkey's largest fintech and payment institutions. It connects to every major bank in Turkey, aggregates account movements and POS transactions in real time, and serves more than 2,000 corporate clients managing billions of TL in transaction volume. For enterprise finance teams, it has become the operational backbone of corporate treasury and multi-bank cash management.

The Challenge

When the Kayaport team approached us looking for a partner who could ship regulated fintech apps without slowing them down, the engineering challenge was clear. The mobile app had to match the scale of the platform: thousands of accounts in one workspace, real-time data from multiple banks, and a security model that worked for enterprise clients running their own infrastructure.

Every flow, from authentication to transaction listing, had to meet Turkish banking compliance standards from day one. There was no room for a generic fintech app template.

What We Built

We built the mobile app with React Native and TypeScript, designed for the operational reality of enterprise banking: thousands of clients, each running their own private infrastructure, all using the same app.

The app handles Open Banking data flows, real-time POS aggregation, and multi-bank reporting through a single secure interface. Every flow was built to BKM and BDDK standards, the regulatory frameworks that govern banking and payment systems in Turkey, and aligned with Open Banking and PSD2 principles.

Authentication, transaction listing, account aggregation, and reporting were all engineered for regulated scale. For fintech teams operating under compliance constraints, this is the kind of work we take on at SHFT.

The Outcome

The app launched in four months, a timeline most teams cannot hit for an app of this scope. We shipped it that fast because we have done this kind of work before, we move quickly, and we worked alongside the Kayaport team as if we were part of it.

BulutTahsilat now serves Kayaport's full corporate client base across Turkey. We continue to maintain and extend the application under an ongoing partnership, with regular feature releases for new banking integrations, regulatory updates, and performance improvements at scale.
