RUUF is a Turkey-based platform that takes a different approach to homeownership, blending rent and installment payments to make buying a home less financially heavy.

When they came to us, RUUF was a strong product idea without an engineering team to build it. They needed to ship a real product fast enough to validate the model, attract investment, and onboard early users, but were struggling to hire the senior product and engineering talent the work required.

We stepped in as their product team. We built the web platform, the mobile app, and the backend services, owning the architecture decisions and shipping cadence end-to-end. The product moved from idea to working platform on a timeline that let RUUF run real go-to-market work and close their funding round.

We continue to work alongside RUUF, shipping new features and supporting the platform as it grows.
