Healthcare software requires a different kind of precision
Healthcare apps handle personal health data, clinical workflows, and in some cases decisions that affect patient outcomes.
Getting the product structure right before writing code matters more here than in almost any other domain. We worked with Gundry Health from product definition through launch — defining which features mattered most for patients before a single line of code was written. We also built Motus, a social fitness app with on-device TensorFlow form analysis, designed for users in the US and India. In both cases, the product thinking came first. The engineering followed.
